The weather forecast for today predicts the Noreaster to continue with rain, snow and high winds with some ice in areas of NJ, Pa and NY temperatures being in the mid to lower 30s. With these conditions in mind, and the fact that today is a Make up day, we do not want to unnecessarily expose our athletes to slippery driving conditions nor do we want them to compete in weather that is conducive to breaks and dislocations of hands and fingers. With these safety issues in mind, we will cancel todays games and thank everyone for a great experience, awesome competition, and an opportunity to work with some of the finest teams and athletes in the New Jersey area.
Important dates to remember:
· NJ Thunder tryouts, for the summer 2010 travel teams will be held the first week end in December at the Dawson field complex.
o The dates are tentatively set for December 5 and 6. Times will be posted on the web site by age groups.
· Fall finale tournament 7 v 7 will be held in Mercer County Park for HS players on November 8th
o 4 games guaranteed for each team
o Games begin at 9 and will end approx 2:30/3:00
o Team and bracket champions will be crowned after the bracket completion

Womens Lacrosse Cancelled
Womens Lacrosse league is cancelled today because of the inclement weather. The league will resume next Sunday at 4 PM at the Camp Dawson complex.
Thunder practice will follow at 5:30 PM next Sunday.
